Today was a good day!  My mentor and I went over my chapter 4 quiz like usual and as we went over each answer, he told me a little bit of background to each question that I answered.  Today as we went over my quiz, I learned some new things today which is always great!  Chapter 4 was about Connectivity and so he taught me a little bit more about the wires and how they connect to things and if you dont have them connected right, they dont work!  He took out this cable that has three wires: one was red, one was black, and one had no covering on it, and if the naked wire were to touch the red and/or black wires, it would not work as a cable.  He also told me that to be able to do a career of any type, it is very useful to have some background on what you are trying to get into.  Like me for example, I'm trying to get into the music business but the people who really succeed in getting there are the ones like me who have a music background.  I was in Band in middle school and all of high school as a percussionist.  After we went over my quiz, we then continued a little bit on my recreation of "Shadow of the Day" by LINKIN PARK.  So, today was an educational day just like always and yeah, I look forward to learning more music stuff!
