Today was a good day at the studio.  As we started going over the quiz, as always, I learned some stuff!  I learned that any sound you hear is a vibration of some sort.  That being said, vibration deals with sound and how sound is made, so that vibration is a key element to have in making music.  We then started talking about how important microphones are and how important their role is.  I had a little trouble with a question on the quiz so my mentor and I went over it together about the microphones question.  As we were going over the question, I learned that what a microphone does is that a microphone takes an acoustic sound and turns it into an electronic sound.  Microphones are one of the crucial parts of music making.  That is how my day went.
