Finally the "fun" plug-ins. Today is all about reverb and delays!

I love messing around with reverb and delays but I quickly learnt from Rafael that I am way over doing it! I really need to learn how to hold back! When he plays one of his mixes it is crazy how big everything sounds, mine just sound muddy! It is definatly tricky to find that perfect balance.

Today I also learned about the Soul Asylum signal flow and the plug-ins vocal tracks inparticular have to go through to get that famous "Soul Asylum sound". It was great, I learnt so much in this lesson about where to place my plug-ins in the signal chain and what plug-in combinations really elevate vocals to the next level! I'm so excited to incorporate this lesson in particular to my own mixes!
