I think I took a lot from this chapter and have a better understanding of signal flow in the studio. There was a lot of information of cables and types of connectors that are found on the market and in studios that I have never heard of and some that I am quite familiar with. It will take awhile for me to become familiar with al these connectors and cables but using them will help with that after awhile. I think another important tool that is used in the studio that was introduced in the chapter is patch bays. These are very important in the studio and makes the recording process that much more easy and organized. I think the most important thing I learned from this lesson is how signal flow works in the studio and how to make it as efficient as possible to ease the recording process.
