I really liked Chapter 3 for the practicality of it.  It really laid the ground rules for what to expect from different audio files.  Going back and looking at how important the elements in the chapter are to project settings in any DAW makes this a criticial chapter in understanding your computer and what you're making your project for.  It also touched on the importance of external memory and storage which I had to learn the hard way haha.
