Today I was able to sit in and ask multiple questions about certain mixing tips. Today I focused on an issue I had about EQing bass. I learned certain ways and tricks to separate the bass and kick in my mixes. First knowing what you want to be more prominent, the bass or kick. After making that decision you are able to eq out the low end of either instrument making space for the others. Overall I learned how you would want to have each instrument have its own section in the mix and to have nothing clashing.
