This chaper on microphones has reall givein me a better understanding on how to us them and how to position them. Since I have learned about the different types of mics, the quality of my recordings have increased and It is easier to place vocals in a mix. I can also hear the deifference in tone based on frequency response and dynamic range. Life is much easier now that I know the proper use of microphones.
