What i did this week was pretty fun, Joe let my friend come in and let me record him on guitar through a amp. I learned the mic placement and its good to use two different mics than two of the same. Joe helped me set them up on the amp putting the condensor mic twords the speaker middle and the dynamic a little off to the side. It sounded great I recorded to part of my beat. second we recorded the acoustic, using the xy and the space pair. Both sounded great but that xy brought out the crispness of the sound I was looking for...Great week by far!
