This is where the audio engineer really dives into work. This chapter helped me grasp the concept of what really makes us money and what you should be 100% profficient at as an audio engineer. I love how they give you instuctional videos on how to disect pro tools as a first time user. There is nothing scarier than not knowing how to do something and I think that this chapter really helps you figure it out really fast. I like how they already start to quiz you on basic key commands because in the studio you need to know key commands to be fast for your client. I am lucky enough to be working in a studio with Rob Ruccia who has two large Ravens installed. The Raven really is an exciting tool because you can program short cuts to where you dont have to remember all of the key commands. I really do think that using the Raven will be the first step into the future for Audio engineers.
