This chapter helped me first download "Pro Tools" onto my Mac. This really helped me because it is sort of a confusing process to anyone who has'nt ever done that before. This chapter also goes over latency and how using to many plugins at a time could increase the latency. This chapter really disects what is in your "Pro Tools" and what you need to learn to really start to understand how to use it.
