Today I turned in the chapter 18 quiz (almost done!) and ran a session with no supervision from my mentor. It was honestly a new experience and was scary at first, but then I remembered that I knew what I was doing. He is a novice rapper who had his first studio visit today. I'm grateful to be working with new artists, as I am also a new artist. It puts us in the same "lane" and we're more understanding with each other. And I decided I'm going to start taking pics with the artists I work for a portfolio and in case they make it big!
