Skye Stewart — Dallas Recording Connection

July 25, 1995 I was born in Ennis Texas to two wonderful parents, Glenn and Dawne Stewart. I was raised in Corsicana Texas which is a small town an hour south of Dallas. I was born the second child out of four. My mother works as an interior designer then and still now and my father owns The Remintgon which is a bar in my hometown. I discovered my love for music at an early age and always knew that I wanted to be in the music industry. I picked up a guitar around the age nine and ever since then it’s helped me grow not only as an artist but as a person. My favorite Genre of Music would have to be Country, I love the morals and the honesty within the lyrics. My hero's and influences would have to be Loretta Lynn, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Holly Williams, Kacey Musgraves, and Miranda Lambert. My junior year of high school I decided to graduate early, move to Dallas Texas, and start chasing my dreams; to do this I had to double up on all my senior classes over the summer and finally graduated in October of 2013.
