In the studio my mentor and I were having some technical issues with my computer, for reasons unknown my audio signal was coming out mono in my stereo speakers. After hours of fiddling with settings we couldn't figure it out and so moved on to a recording session happening later that day. A drummer was coming in to record over some midi drum tracks one of my mentors mastering students had brought in. So me and another engineer set up and wired a typcially drumming session, getting wires, mic, placement, and signal flow all in order. I nice refreasher from all the digital audio.
