Patch bays seem difficult at first, like anything on the board. But once you understand that its really just one row (vertical or horizontal depending on type of board) multiplied a number of times, it is pretty basic. In studio we went over the importance of backing up project files, and then went ahead to burn disks, label and organize them. If the artists want to come back and change anything or work on something in a different studio, we have all of their original tracks and information. We also went over the importance of studio maintenance, and some basic fixes.
