Lady Antebellum stopped by the studio to lay some vocal tracks for an up and coming 'Dirty Dancing' remake. Jon asked me the night before to stop by the studio to help out with a famous band. Little did I know Lady A would be making an appearance! We recorded vocals with Charles, Dave, and Hillary about 3 hours before their show at the Iowa State Fair. It was a very great oppurtunity to work with polished professional musicians who were very prepared for the task. We had all three vocalists lay about 8 tracks a piece in a little over an hour. It gave me a real perspective of workflow and fast paced engineering.
