It's been a long few months with work and school, but I'm finally getting into the mixing side of things and have been spending a lot more time working in Pro Tools. I am currently working on Stevie Wonders'  'Superstition' and I feel like I am starting to get a grasp on the general direction and theory of mixing. I am currently working on Chapter 12 "Mix Theory" and there are some real interesting and helpful tips for mixing included. Tonight I am going to the Des Moines Social Club to enjoy a few live performances as well as watch The Sonic Factory recieve a Mixie award. So far I am still loving this program and looking forward to spending my life in the industry.
