Tracking is really important to know when your a producer, i leared some stuff i didnt know producers did. Like planning things, mic selection for your clients, auditioning mics, setting up for your clients, having a plot map, some things to keep in mind like comfort, behavior and other things for your clients also what to do when you have a troubleshoot. This chapter was really straight foward and to the point but I liked it I learned a lot from the information given I learned things that will help me in the future. This time in the studio my mentor went over all these things I need to know about when you have clients coming in, he really helped me understand the ideas that would really help me out and how to be a good director to them. I got to play my mentors guitar while he was setting levals so that was cool. After class I got to see my mentor work with his gear it was so amazing what he did in his song and how many instruments he went to to play. I was amazed and just mind blowned of how fast he did everything plus mixing it, it was so amazing what my mentor and what producers can do!
