I had an amazing first experience in the studio with my mentor! He told me a few days prior that we would be recording a rock band, so initially I thought it would be a group. To my surprise, I found that it was just one man doing all the parts! I found this exciting because I can identify with this man. I too play several instruments and seeing someone with similar abilities was very cool. The session went very well, I was incredibly impressed with my mentor's abilties behind the sound board. I guess that's why he's a professional!

So excited to start using Pro tools on my own! I've used it quite a bit before, but I've learned and am still learning so much, I'm stoked to get into it! I'm hoping to get some of my other musically talented friends to come over and record with me! Whatever I can do to get some practice in!
