Today we talked in length about different microphone types and there pros and cons and also how some microphones can acsentuate a certain sound or instrument. We also went into the histrory of microphones and the first types of mics like ribbon, carbon, and Condensor microphones. We also went over frequency response and how different mic types apply to how you will record an certain instrument or vocal.
