Week 5 was an interesting week I learn a lot about the placement of mics and the best ones to use for certain situation. My mentor let me mic some amps and guitars. Then later on that day a Metal band called Insomnia a four piece band but they only had time to record the guitars and vocals came in and i got to set up all the mics. Great learning experience. On the next day another Heavy Metal band called Bound in Vices four piece band came to the studio and they recorded all of the instruments Drums, Bass, Guitars , and vocals. I Got to set up all the mics and places them for this band. Its great practice experience to know were every mic is supposed to go.
