Probably the hardest chapter so far! It's been fun though :) The biggest thing I learned this week regarding EQ is which filters to use for each track, and we got to work with a lot of processors - which thank goodness Phil has a great way of going over everything in a way I could understand! He used an old analog equalizer that has different I/O to help me understand how everything works. We also go to work with some other local artists and I was able to help with recording vocals! :)

Week 16 Phil introduced me to a DAW called Melodyne, which is one of the coolest things I have ever seen! It can manipulate your voice into what key you would like for it to be in, and it has quite the advantage over just using auto-tune alone!
