With this last chapter's wealth of knowledge on microphones I started making a wishlist. It became clear early on that I could transform my home studio into something much more professional for only a couple hundred more dollars. Some of the items I added to the list are the SHURE Sm57/ Sm58, AKG's D112, Senheiser's Md 421 and last but definitely least was the SHURE SM7B. In choosing these items I tried to keep both price and quality in mind! Unrelated to the microphones, this past week was awesome. I got a lot of time in on the studio and luckily found an opportunity to volunteer for a studio party.
