We recorded Aubrey and Rusty singing and playing Firework by Katy Perry. We used Condenser mics with pop reducers to record the vocals. Rusty played ukelele which we plugged direct to the console for EQing. Aubrey played keys through midi to add a synthesized string sound to the mix. The drum beat came from Aubrey's casio keyboard. Audio quality from the casio was low but it sounded better with some EQ.
