My last session was on the 27th.  I worked in the control room and recorded Randy playing drum overdubs on a few tracks.  Since the band had previously recorded with a drum machine, the music was in time and it was pretty easy for Randy to stay with them.  It was alot of fun.  We had to do a few punch ins which were mainly sound on sound.  On a few tracks he would add cymbal cressendos that sounded more natural if they were recorded sound on sound rather than overwriting the previous track.  Hopefully me and my friends, Derek and Kailey will get to record our song at the studio this weekend.  I'm making the trip down tomorrow as well.  Were planning to finish up the drum overdubs.
