On Saturday August 17th, CBS Radio produced a live Webcast, Concert and Concert stream with Robin Thicke at the Cosmopoliton (SPF). We produced the event on a local level and got to take part in the set up, production and execution of all aspects with the Cosmopoliton. It was an all day event and an enormous undertaking on so many levels. The show also included Jason Derulo and appearances by Jerry O'Connell and Chris Smith. It involved schduling all entities including interviews with the bands, actors and segments for the event sponsors. It was an amazing experience to witness from the otherside of the business as it's something we had to work on inside and out. Usually we promote and show up at an event, where as this time we literally had to lay out every detail, all the equipment and execute the project from start to finish. A great learning experience for sure and a sold out event!
