Yesterday I met with my mentor so I could go over the lesson and get familar with Pro Tools. What I didn't know was that he was going to make me mix a song. He taught me how to properly mix the tracks in order to get a good sound from each channel. He also went over some plug-ins to enhance some of the vocals and went over panning. He left me in the room so I could work alone I was able to get in the zone and mix. I'm excited to eventually not only mix, but also master.
