I learned about how the ear works & how important it is to protect it. Human beings have a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 KHz. When we hear random ringing after live shows that is the sound of hair follicles dying. High SPL situations can speed up hearing loss. Engineers tend to use earplugs to reduce decibel level.
