Week 10 was on composition and instrumentation, which seemed like a review of some of the information presented. I know it will take time, but I am really wanting to develop more of an ear for how to make certain sounds including placing different effects in the chain. I already see an improvement in knowledge and skill with listening to sounds and being able to replicate some of them, but eventually I'd like to be able to be able to backwards engineer almost any sound I hear.

This week I released my first drum and bass track, which is titled Liquid Transit. It is a liquid drum and bass song (hence the title) and it has very chill vibes and some alien fly by sounds. The track has a simple progression and was built with the intent to put vocals over it. Here's the link to the track:

I've also started my first chill trap beat and already have a vocalist lined up for that one. Good things are coming!
