     Chapter 13 introduced equalization. Eq can really make or break a sond or sound. Shaping the hi, mid and low reigons of a recording can really bring out excellent sounds in a mix. Notch filter, Shelving filter, and peak filters are all helpful tools. Knowing frequency ranges will help naviagte through the eq process much more easily.
