As an artist, being young doesn't affect who I am and what i'm doing. In fact, being young provides me with more opportunities that can, and will make me a better individual as I continue to soar for higher heights each day. I do what I love and I love what I do so I tend to use that as an advantage to work harder every chance I get as I work towards my career in music.

Music has been a huge part of my life since primary school. Not only because I did love to sing and rap at that time, but doing the actual theory expand my interest for music. In spite of never learning and instrument as much as to perfect it, I still was always a top music student. I've had experiences with many different musical instruments but at the same time it was all for fun. However, theory was what I was better at back in my primary and high school days as I would always receive a distinction for any national exam; that was only the beginning. From there on I started making my own music where I performed at school, concerts, churches and a few public events by the name of "young ice". Here is when I thought of a career in the music industry.
Ever since high school I was always ready to "take off" with anything that can lead to my career in the industry. Immediately I began working on a project with a professional producer/engineer and after getting all the recording done for the project, he decided to put it on hold. That didn't stop me though, I continue working on my song writing skills but being a high school graduate, I felt the need for a secondary education and music was the only thing on my mind. Despite the fact that most music schools are expensive and I don't have a rich family, I still didn't gave up. I kept searching on the internet for schools and as it seemed like all hope was lost, I suddenly found "Recording Connection Audio Institute" at a very affordable price. A few weeks after signing up, I got accepted into the program along with a scholarship. Ever since then I was encouraged to never ever give up.
As I prepare to become a student/apprentice under a professional music producer, I am excited but a lot more ready to put in the work. Many of you will ask why I chose the name "TakeOff" so before the questions come I will answer. "TakeOff" is what inspires me, not to only start off good but being able to improve each time I put in the work of becoming legendary. I prefer dealing with hip-hop/rap music but I want to challenge myself as an upcoming producer to be able to do great on all genres of music. Right now I still rap and write my own music as I go by the name of "Daddii Ice" but from here on I will be more focus as an apprentice as I stand on this runway, preparing for "TakeOff" as a music producer, in the music industry.
