plugin processor Posted on 2014-09-08 by Jeremy Jones

One the of the great new features of Pro Tools 11 is that you can instantiate hundreds of plugins - ins without drawing on your computer 's processing resources Before 11,if you instantiated a plug - in it would suck up your processor power, which lead to a way of working in Pro Tools  that  didn't exactly mirror the analog world. Want to tweet an EQ on a track, then you have  to select a plug- in from pull- down  menu and adjust it. Not the same  as sitting in front  of  an analog console and just  hitting the IN button and adjusting EQ it makes you think in a different way. I need and EQ on the vocals so which of the 20 EQ plug- ins  should I use ?
