Chapter 11 is the midterm i only got one wrong making my score a 97. Joey Heier went over the essay portion of the midterm and said it was very good so i feel i am ready for the second half of this program "bring it on"! This week we had a 7 year old girl whose parents and aunt brought in to record some Disney songs they said she has been practicing all day and was ready to go. So, the girl goes into the bathroom changes into a princess costume and goes into the vocal room with her mom. Me and my mentor Joey Heier are on the board ready to go import the music set the headphone levels the girl gets up to the microphone we hit play and record and she freezes up. Her mother starts singing along but the kids not having it, she starts crying so we bring her in to the control room and she watches her mom cut a track we get her smiling and laughing but when they ask her if shes ready to go back in she cries again and says she wants to go home it was pretty funny, "kids" I guess its allot easier to sing around the house or in the car than to sing in the studio on call stressful for a 7 year old i felt bad for her i hope she continues to enjoy singing i know i do and i am a horrible singer.
