Ok chapter 14 was titled dynamic signal processing which is deceiving its mostly about compression. My mentor was nice enough to show me different kinds of sound compression like a gate to minimize bleeding on a vocal in a live setting and multi band compressing with the channel strip. I found this chapter fascinating which helped me understand it better although i am still confused on some aspects it was a very long chapter im sure all the pieces will fall into order as i practice on more projects. This stuff is starting to get crazy confusing but were getting pretty close to the end so i trust if i do my best i will get through this without to many problems i should utilize my tutors more.
