Today I had a sit in at the studio my mentor, he was recording a new song for a group. I met a guitarist, piano player, and a drummer who was real cool and offered lessons. I got the drummer number and look forward to doing business with. I refuse to be an engineer and not know how to play an instrument. I watched as my mentor warm welcome all the artist as they came into the studio. they all arrived 30 minutes apart from each other, I felt that was very valuable able to me because I seen how the engineer set the mood and get everyone ready to work. The studio I'm at is already set up as far as microphone and instruments. So I didn't see much connecting going on. the song the group was recording was nice I love the soft tunes and the guitar was nice to. Cant wait to get back !!!!!
