Very well rounded Posted on 2015-07-06 by Khori Brown

Today sit in Sebastian worked with Steve owner of ACME studios. They were plugging in a few piano tracks to a previous session. Sebastian was positioning tracks so they are in phase with each other, and at right tone to match Steve voice. The session was a little over an hour. Then Abby a manger for an artist name Kurt came to the studio to drop off contracts so Kurt can get started with his session next. Abby who also work part time at an add agency, and will be taking music business classes in the fall. Very well rounded, offered to grab coffee but I declined. Steve wanted Kurt to add guitar to a song. Sebastian had the guitar, and pre-amp in the control room. The studio was crowded  with his cords and cases then it was three people in the control room. Speaker was in the main room and we used a ribbon, and condenser mic. Kurt fixed his strings and began playing around. Meanwhile Sebastian fixed his tunes on pro tools and I applied phantom power to the condenser mic and gain to the ribbon mic. Kurt did a few tracks on three parts of the song. Beginning, middle, end. As time progress he got into the song and came with a slow but aggressive approach. Once Steve was satisfied Kurt was provided with a check. I do know they were going to do some other work were Steve and Kurt would play together mad I missed out. I have chapter review later this week.
