Today I got the chance to see what the Blumlein technique actually looks like up close and what it sounds like, pretty cool! One thing i can say about miking is that it takes a little getting used to. From which mics to use, to get the best sounds and how to choose mic that u normally would used on a particular instrument to get a new sounding recording (experimenting). Miking is something that i definitely need to get more practice in.
