I had my laptop with my pro tools with me when I went to the studio. Ed was able to set a few things up for me, change a few preferences to help my system work better. Some of it was in pro tools, some of it was just things in my macbook. We talked about what would be coming up, he said to be sure I be on the look out for things to download and work on. He also let me know that any time I want, he can set me up with some work from his studio also. He also let me know that he is working on putting together a workshop, it's just hard to work around everyon's schedule. Finally we talked about gear, he let me know that when I was ready he can help me get an interface that will work at a cheaper price that I can find at the store. I would like to get one and start laying down some of my own music to mess around with in pro tools.
