Tuesday was a typical day. We went over the quiz, and he showed me a few things he's been working on. He let me know that coming up, he would like me to bring my interface with me, and I can sit in his studio and run my own session. He wants to make sure that I have the confidence to be able to do that.

I went back down again this week. I did not help with the gospel album, but Edwin is starting a new project for a young lady named Naomi. She is probably only 14, at the most. She has a great voice nonetheless. I was able to help by being at the controls while he helped coach her on the sound that he is trying to get. 

He would go into the booth and give her the melody, while I would get him into the right spot on the song, and play it for her to hear and practice before trying to lay it down. I was also in charge of the recording and getting her mic set up.

All in all a very productive session. We were able to lay down the chorus. From there he wanted to be able to build the song out. Hopefully I can continue to help on this project.
