Things at the studio have really picked. So much that I've been slacking on my blog updates. We've set permanent sessions every Tuesday and sometimes any sessions in between. We've focusing heavy on editing and mixing; doing things like controlling the plosives with a fade and "S" sounds with a D'esser in the vocals. 

Jae gave me a song to mix on my own until i felt it was finished. When I showed him what I had come up with he had brought these things to my attention. After practicing these techniques I realized the amount of time and work that goes into creating a great, professional sounding mix. Jae also complimented me on my creative use of a Delay plug-in, which was a great confidence booster.

Hopefully I won't take so long to write my next update.
