The past two session with Joey have been really insightful. When we talked about the lesson about electronics, he put into a concept that I could relate too. Some concepts of electricity are hard to understand but he made it seem so much easier. The next lesson that we did was great. We had a great conversation about vinyl and how it's the best way to listen to recorded music. With compressing files, you lose some of the warm sounds and richness of the track. I myself have been buying vinyls for awhile now and before I had no idea why vinyls just sounded so much better than Mp3. To learn why it was so much richer was really interesting for me. I can't wait to start pressing my own recordings on vinyl records.
