As soon as I walked in a session was walking out. Before we did the lesson we tore down drums and a set up that a brass section was playing on. While we were doing this, he was telling me how he has been telling everyone about my bass micing idea. It was cool because there was industry legends talking about my idea like it was the golden ticket to Wonka's factory. Ha, ok that was exagerated a little but still it was cool. We talked during the lesson about the ridiculous process of downloading Pro Tools, then started the session with the guitar playing from Lesson 7s band. We tried different amps and eq's to find the right sound which helped me gain a good bit of knowledge on the instrument. It was pretty cool.
