After going over and having fun with all sorts of time based effects I learned a lot about to business side of things. I was supposed to sit in on a vocal comping session but, the artists decided to not comp it and do it full band. Hollis helped them make this decision that would benifit them time and economic wise. He said that even though he didn't get any profits out of what would have been a two hour session, he kept the band happy and was able to keep their trust that he was doing the right things for them. I then got to sit in on a guitar session where this guy was tracking songs and was using an acoustic guitar to make songs sound like there was drums, bass, melody, and chords with just a guitar. It was so cool. Plus, my favorite stereo mic technique, ortf, was being used ha.
