Lesson 17 was also another topic that i had eperience with in other DAWs. Automation is huge in mixing. it can create such interesting changes in a mix. there literally is no limit to what can be done with automation. nearly every aspect of protools can be automated. after the lesson stan and i listened to my midi song that i had created. I used a metal song that my brother and i had written. i was not happy with the drum sounds on protools so i used my old DAW , Logic 9, to create the drum track, after i finished them i bounced it and impoted it to protools then matched up the tempos so i could then easily add the bass and guitar parts.
