During our first week together me and Ted worked with a local singer/songwriter. We recorded her guitar and Ted taught me how to layer the track twice in order to make it sound more full. For our second session this week we helped a client transfer some old songs off of a cassette tape and onto a cd. In doing so Ted also gave me my first glimpse into mixing. We went through the tracks and cleared up pops and crackles to make it sound more clear.
