I just finished chapter seven, after several days of procrastination. Sometimes more important things come up, but its worked out now. The chapter was more of a review of what I've already been working on in the Sound of Music. Its great because I'm learning the way that works best for me: hands-on experience followed by a review like this. On another note, we didn't get some paperwork signed and now we have to wait on Pro Tools. Oh well.
Over the week, my friend Yusuf decided he wanted to make an album. Although it didn't get started on, I managed to write a few very cool songs during the time, as well as to continue discovering a passion for experimental rock music. I hooked up my Boss DD-7 to an extention pedal to mess around with unorthodox sounds, and I want to start writing songs along that genre as well.
