Yes, a fine Hendrix reference that title was...Anyhow, I met three other students at Da Spot Recording today as we all worked on a piece of music a student brought in. We were on the computer taking bits of the song that sounded off and perfecting them while also learning to train our ear, a very important tool. I heard words like bussing, and melodine, autotune, and frequency, also dub, EQ, and compression. I'm not sure what these mean, but in time I hope to, and honestly melodine sounds like a street drug.

Overall it is a very relaxed environment and already better than college was for it is so hands-on and engaging. I like being able to participate and getting a say in things, learn by doing...Haaaaiiiiiii!!!!!!
