This is my first blog post is forgive me if it doesn't seem ery good. I had my first class at Omina Labs Recording Studio and the experince was great. My mentor, Jason Intille is a great teacher and knows how to make a song sound so sick. My first intern hours were very interesting in a good way. It started off with cleaning around the studio for a few mins. then I got to sit in on a couple of recordings. Watching the way Jay zoomed around Pro Tools was a bit intimating but the way the songs were sounding and coming together was pretty tight. Adding delays and auto tune, working with different plug-ins, taking a few seconds to tell me what it is he's doing was way cool. I'll be sure to take pictures the next time I'm in.
