Mixing a song is a lot of fun. Whether it's getting the volume levels correct, panning, or messing with blending all of the different frequencies, it's never boring. The hardest part as a novice engineer is cutting out the mud or overlap between frequencies that may conflict with each other. But, with help from my mentor, I've learned some ways to find what is causing that mud and how to get rid of it.
