Going thru this chapter, I learned and review the different microphones that are used in the studio, the way each one works and the legendarys and "must know" microphones. It's amazing the evolution since 1880 to now a day. I polish my knowledge of the polar patterns and frequency response, and how to recognize the purpose of each type of mic. This lesson, we put some of the microphones the have at "Track Star" and put them all together and I was able to hear how each one sound, with a guitar and with some vocals. 
Now I'm the one who's been setting up the the microphones for the sessions and connecting them.
And for the session we recorded a drum set, with 11 diferent mics, it's really cool setting up everything for this, there was the drummer of "Leave the Universe" and the music was for Brian Christie. 
Getting your hands on the gear has been really amazing.
