Last night was my second class in the studio, in which we went over chapter 2 about how electricity works in music. Although i kept mixing protons for electrons J-Intell helped me get a bettter understand of the electricy in music. As I finished up the lesson I went to the back and introduced myself to a fellow student and chopped it up with him for a bit. On my way out I heard a song by one of my favorite hip hop artist at the moment. As I walked past mixing room B I popped my head in and introduced myself to Mozzy's manager as he was mixing a track for Mozzy. We chatted for a few mins and I was telling him how in my old job my partner and I used a Mozzy song as our theme song as we repoed cars. Before I knew it he had called Mozzy and had put him on speaker phone just so I could tell Mozzy myself about us using his song as we did our job. After leaving the studio and having this experience just makes me want to get back in the studio and get to working on music. I even gave Mozzy's manager an idea for remixing a song.
